The Play Intervention Short course consists of 3 modules to systematically guide you through all the aspects of using play to work therapeutically with children.

In the 3rd year of our Arts Counselling course, we teach our students how to work with families/groups.
However, most counsellors don't get training in working with groups and this course is designed to fill that gap.

This course in relationship therapy will enable you to work with confidence with couples as we give you a comprehensive guide including different perspectives and approaches.
The main focus is however on the IMAGO approach as well as an introduction to sex therapy.

This module is more advanced and focuses on potential sexual problems of the individual as well as couples.
Different solutions are discussed.
This Human Sexuality short course is designed to enable you to not only work with couples and their sexual relationship challenges,
but also with possible sexual problems and possible solutions for individual sexual problems that influences the relationship.
*Please note! This course can only be done if the Relationship short course or the Strepco course has been completed.

Sexual molestation and/or rape is a national and international travesty and more common than most people realize and it has devastating consequences for the individual.
This course is informative and give clear guidance on assessment and working therapeutically with individuals that have been victims.

This course teaches you different theories on trauma as well as different approaches to trauma therapy and thus enables you to work with clients that went through trauma.
Many people go through and suffer trauma in their lives. It is in this critical moment that they need someone that has skills and understand trauma and the consequences.

The question is asked: How to work effectively in counselling integrating the Bible and Biblical truths?
The role of dogma is also discussed and a basic model for pastoral counselling is discussed.
This short course looks at different aspects that is necessary to understand and to think about when working in a Christian setting or want to work from a Christian perspective.
What is the line between being judgmental and giving guidance in terms of what is wrong and right?
When do you refer back to the Bible and when do you trust the Holy Spirit or conventional wisdom?
The main focus is on Gestalt therapy as approach.
